Recently had my flu and covid vaccines, Leanne carried out the procedures in very professional and caring Manor, I was thoroughly delighted on how I was treated and all the pharmacy staff were very welcoming, a lovely little chemist.

Really friendly staff and very helpful. Would go out of there way to calm any fears. I have a pharmacy closer to my home but I won’t change, i have never had a problem here.
By far the best chemist I have ever been to ... the staff are all amazing and very helpful and prescriptions are always on time ... I go many pharmacy's around warrington for my service users medication (im a home carer) and to be honest they are dreadful never ready so I have passed on my pharmacy's details ... I'd give more than 5 stars if I could

Absolutely appalling service, they don't answer the phone or order your prescription through your doctor and they told me to pick up the medication on a certain day then they couldn't find it! I have gone back to Orford pharmacy better service!
I've been ringing all week to see if my prescription has arrived and nobody ever answers the phone so now I'll have to go in on a Saturday morning as I've run out of medication, absolute joke.
Went today at 12pm. Doesn’t close till 1. Door locked, people waiting in cars, eventually an assistant unlocked the door. Sorry, there’s no pharmacist??? What??? I was told to come today after 12 as yet again they didn’t have all the medication that I needed the day before. Come back Monday, I’m overseas early hours of Monday & need the meds. Come back Monday is all they could say, obviously not listening. Come back Tom & Kelly all is forgiven. This chemist is a joke & has been since Tim & co worked there. Don’t go there if you need your meds.
Absolutely worst pharmacy I have ever used, Last month could not receive my medication as pharmacist was ill, was told to ring 111 to get my medication could not even put back in the spine as computer was not working neither. This month they need notice to administor medication, even though it was 4 days ago . Sent away and could go back in hour pathetic. I will go back to well pharmacy bath street, much better service all round never a problem there.
