Only one star cos zero stars isnt possible. My local branch has let down their staff and customers to the point where all the staff have walked out and patients are houng elsewhere. All due to being understaffed as Lloyd's will not pay for the required number of staff. They are a disgusting company who care nothing about the health of their staff and customers.
Pls look this matter urgently. I would like to complain your the pharmacy at Alwick branch near VALLANCE MEDICAL CENTRE BRUNSWICK ST.MANCHESTER branch. Yesterday I went to collect my medicine but I have to wait forv1 hours because the staffs are busy chatting n laugh There about 14 peoples waiting n they didn't care n continue chatting After 1 hour I waiting n I really so annoying n ask one of the staff (black mix girl) she shouting we are busy if you can't wait just come back tomorrow. I said because live not far from u n I want the medicines urgently n she said CAN'T HELP COME BACK TOMORROW. I THINK THE HEAD SUPERVISOR OF THIS SHOP SHOULD BE SACKED .JUST LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS 7/10 GIVE THEM 1 STAR n A V BAD REVIEWS that it will said it all.SO I BEG THE SENIOR MANAGER PLS LOOK THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.
Chester branch in Sainsbury's Huntington will not answer the phone and just put it on divert or lift it up and put it back down so you are cut off. Not very caring or ethical so far as I am concerned!
I live in stockport and Wellington Road pharmacy's service is shockingly bad. I will never spend another penny in a Lloyd's pharmacy again after ignored emails , missing emails with missing and rude staff
