   Terrible chemist every time my prescription or my husband's and now my son's goes there the items are not in stock and I'm given it back so I can go elsewhere. No point to it staying open the turnover in staff says it all, I also get frustrated with how their filing system works let's say it doesn't they just stumble around looking for the prescriptions doesn't matter that the queue is ten deep need to get someone in with half a brain cell to sort it out

   Non existent customer service. Closed 20 minutes earlier than official time and told by the pharmacist who was inside to come back 3 days later after the Bank Holiday weekend. After I insisted that the prescription I was collecting was urgent, I was reluctantly let in. 2 further people arrived after me and before closing time, both of whom were treated the same. Change of attitude and perhaps staff needed here.

   Rubbish Service Three times went to collect drugs, each time told that it would be ready next day! In the end I had to wait. Lies, lies and more lies. 2 years ago I change pharmacy as they were terrible back then but this time my Dr sent script here, so had to collect again. No change in quality of service. Complained to customer complaints dept at head office. Please close this waste of space!

   Poor communication and poor service. Shut the chemist on a Friday for apparently being short staffed and stuck a notice on the door informing of this. What they omitted to inform people of was that if they had a prescription to pick up that day you should knock on the door and ask the staff, who were still in the shop and working, to release the prescription so it can be picked up at another chemists. Another chemist had to ring them to release the prescription which still wasn't done over 30 minutes later. Lazy and inconsiderate staff. Avoid if possible.

   Pretty much what everyone else has said. Terrible chemist. They told me they had my prescription from the GP but it wasn't ready then they rang me and said it was all sorted and ready to collect, went in 2 days later, waited in a massive queue for 30 mins for them to say that they didn't know what I was talking about because all the items were out of stock. Not only that but I had to have a conversation in front of a chemist full of people about HRT....no confidentiality, awful. And dont blame the new system, this chemist has always been awful!

   I would not recommend setting up the automatic prescription service that this branch offers; you will NEVER be free of it. I set it up a few years ago, moved house and have been trying to cancel it for over a year. They have assured me on 4 separate occasions that they will cancel it, yet they do not. My doctors surgery have even tried asking them to cancel it, however it doesn't help... I now have to wait a week for them to send my prescription back, or drive 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back to pick up my medication. Apart from this the staff seem quite helpful and friendly.
