   This company is a disgrace; their actions demonstrate a clear attempt to avoid any responsibility. I initially ordered a handle from this company and everything seemed fine. However, upon ordering the same item again, everything changed. What I received from the Warrington branch was a short version, which was not what I wanted. When I raised a complaint, they exchanged it for a medium version, which was the same size but had a different screw position from the standard version. When I requested an exchange, the Warrington staff informed me that because I ordered online, they couldn't process an exchange. They advised me to first refund online and then place a new order. After I initiated the refund, I was shocked to discover a 20% fee deducted without prior notification. They claimed it was my mistake, denying me a full refund, and abruptly ended the conversation. I will never recommend this company.

   It is the first time I visited this store. Actually I looked for a new letter box covered for my door. The dimension is uncommon as the existing one is an old model. I went to 3 stores in Warrington but could not find the appropriate model. Finally I got a referral from a customer in the last shop I visited. The two staff of this shop were very helpful and nice. They tried their best to find my product and introduced the details. The products inside the shop were quite unique, professional and reasonably priced. I feel happy to support the local business with good service!
