   NOT FAKE Took my phone in for a simple screen replacement not only did they smash my camera in the process but the replacement screen they installed broke almost immediately with normal use. They never got back to me to fix their mistake. The staff were a bit standoffish aswell. The repair wasn’t worth the price at all I ended up having to buy a whole new phone. (not fake)

   Fantastic service! Diagnosed and fixed my daughters iphone 11 in no time. Didn't charge me either despite me really wanting to pay. Turns out a shop in Warrington town centre had fitted a battery incorrectly. So nice to have a really honest local phone shop. Cannot recommend high enough, will be back, Thank-you so much, you've made my daughters day!

   Ive used Cell Tech before and returned. I asked for a repair for the rear glass of my sons iPhone 13. Quoted £120 and 5 hour repair at the counter. It seemed excessive. I had the repair done perfectly for £48 in three hours elsewhere. I wont be using Cell Tech again.

   My IPad had part of a charger cable lodged inside and I was unable to get it out. I turned up and they managed to remove in less than 5 seconds, on top of that, they didn't even charge me anything! Great customer service and 100% would recommend. Thanks again guys!

   Found this as an official iPhone repair Centre as it was a fairly new phone did not trust the shopping mall stalls I used before . I Went in with my iPhone 13 that was DOA I had tried all the online stuff to fix it . The lady behind the counter took the phone and sorted out the problems in less than a minute . That’s not it I had previously bought a cover and screen protector that were looking the worse for wear the lady at my request replaced them with stuff around the same price I had paid for originally but of a much better quality supplied and fitted . My phone feels brand new thanks to this perfect little shop.

   Visited Cell-Tech this morning with what I believed was a failed charging port on my iPhone. The shop suggested the problem was dirt in the port and cleaned it whilst I waited. It was returned to me fully working and the shop refused any payment. Fantastic service! Mike Ruane

   I cannot recommend John and Cell Tech highly enough. He successfully helped my 80-year-old mother switch over from her old mobile phone to a new one (sorting out all the issues involved but also kindly sorted out her recent problems after she dropped it. Excellent support and professional service.
