“although its very close to town centre, its not too busy and you get served quickly. it sort out a lot of issus as most tool stores are on the other side of town in and this one is one of the rare ones this side and close to town centre! it has a big carpark .”

He was a great help during my music gcse and A-level courses too as his lessons have massively developed my knowledge of musical theory, periods and composition. “I called up Jonathan to discuss removing a stripped screw which made it impossible for me to remove my hard drive from my laptop for upgrading. After discussing the issue over the phone and possible ways I might be able to attempt it myself before bringing it in, I decided to drop off my laptop and have him attempt it instead of running the risk of doing it myself. After leaving my laptop over lunch, I was contacted within the hour to say that he had solved the issue, absolutely incredible given that I tried every single method google had to offer in order to do it myself (get better grip with glue, solder, a rubber band, different sized screw drivers etc etc etc). Absolutely amazing. Jonathan is incredibly professional and friendly, as well as being a genuinely nice chap to talk to – well deserving of all the 5* ratings he’s got on google. “Last week was my first visit to the 1st Mark, a sailing supply shop in Warrington. What an experience!! The owners were really helpful (as I am quite new to the art of sailing). Needed help with a kicker for a snipe dinghy - got it made to measure there and then!! Fantastic shop, but much more importantly the people running it are fantastic! I would recommend 1st Matk 100%.”

“Great shopping centre, it is not large by any means, but it has quite a few 'big name' shops. For example Asda, B&M, Home bargains, Greggs etc. The atmosphere is great and there is a cafe at one end that sells lovely roast dinners and more for a very reasonable price. The cafe is called Planet Coffee House and Grill and I would certainly recommend it. There are also free public toilets in the centre, which are clean and free to use, for a change. One of the shops I haven't mentioned, QVC Outlet. It sells the returns from the shopping channel. There can be some bargains here, but it is by chance of what has been bought and returned. The centre is always clean and tidy.”

He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to ask questions of. It made a nice change dealing with someone who wasn’t pushy and who was very considerate towards us.
