“Excellent service from these guys yesterday. Called in to see if they could repair a puncture on my van that I had just picked up around the corner. You could hear the air hissing out of the tyre. They repaired it straight away despite already being busy with other vehicle repairs. They had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I would 100% recommend this garage. Polite, friendly & professional. What more could you ask for?”

“I ventured to the Wigan store yesterday upon my arrival I was greeted with a lovely aroma of leaning products and the floor was squeaky clean apart from the hustle and bustle of a Monday morning the overall experience was fantastic, would recommend”

“Cannot speak too highly of this firm. Had a 9 years old Panasonic TV model No. TX-P46G20B which would not show picture even though the red light was on. The television also started making clicking noises every few minutes or so. Telephoned one TV engineer, who said that this was a common fault with Panasonic and that you could not get spare parts for it, he suggested that we get a new television. Before buying a new tv, decided to get a second opinion. Took it to Prescotts for them to have a look at it. They contacted me 3 hours later to say that the tv was fixed and ready for collection. All the tv needed was a factory re-set. The tv is now back home and working properly. Very helpful and honest family firm. Thank you for a job well done. John Troughton.”

“Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”
