   Had a experience of not returning a controller after buying when not need because of slight rip on box. I had my receipt the retail assistant George was lovely and professional. I can say the same for for your assistant manger ayden, he was understanding why I was annoyed, even though he couldn't do anything to help. The main manger called Tanya was very rude and smug about the situation. She didnt even try deseclate the situation. She was very rude and ignorant, doesnt understand anything from the customers perspective. How she became a manager with that attitude and being that incompetent at talking to customers is beyond a joke. Personally I would promote ayden your manager as he has people and skills unlike your current incompitent manager. If thats how she customers how does she treat staff being there ?

   Big shop, expensive but good selection of toys. Always pop in when I’m there, they also sell game stuff on the left hand side as you walk in. Worth visiting

   Very vast range of toys and other products in here, displayed very well - especially the Lego section, some decent prices on the footballs, reminded me of going to toys r us as a kid, hope smyths stays open for this generation of kids and those after.
