   Nice experience! Enough parking wide entrance and nice layout. I went to see the tents, they were displayed at the back which gives you the idea what to expect. Bought couple of stuff. Girl on the counter was very friendly.

   I placed an online order and a blonde lady (so sorry I did not catch her name) was on the online orders service desk at around 18:30. She was so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She showed me the tent I had ordered and helped me understand that my beds would not fit in it. She found me a suitable alternative that was larger and explained to the benefits of it. She is an asset to your team! Thankyou.

   Made an order online. Went to collect and made my way to the collection point. A shop worker then just asked what items id ordered, went in the back and brought them to me and told me I had to pay for them at the till. I then had to wait in a slow queue to pay for the items. There was also an offer code on the website which I had used and had saved me a few pounds. the lady at the till first said I couldn't use it and then when I explained how I had used it online spent an age getting a manager and processing the transaction. Clearly wasn't a click and collect process like most retailers. Will look elsewhere in future and stay away from the miserable staff in the Wigan store

   I really like this shop. Staff are always smiling and happy to help. I usually find myself greeted on entry but left to browse without interruption with the comfort of knowing someone is there to answer my questions if needed. The people on the tills are always happy and helpful. I dont shop anywhere else for me or my D of E group

   Great assortment of outdoorsy goodies. The shop will please all members of a family and guaranteed to use the wallet at every visit! From clothing to shoes, fishing to cycling, tents to sleeping bags and loads more …. Bought some wellies today 27062023 at a great price-looking forward to wear them in and do the test in time!

   Great service yesterday at Go Outdoors, Wigan (Zoey & Toni). We bought 2 x Rab Cirrus Jackets, one mens and one womens. The same jackets I found while in the store could be purchased elsewhere cheaper. However, Go Outdoors price matched and gave us an additional 10% off, which saved us an additional £58.50. Can't argue with that.

   The young lad at the bike department was great, very knowledgeable. I went to the checkout and the girl serving me was friendly and polite but told me there were no carrier bags only the ones to purchase. Apparently they were only allowed to order more carrier bags the following month. In that case I should have been given a free bag. What kind of system is that fir customer service. I'm also a membe, so it was a double insult. Not the girls fault, bad management or policy.

   After being let down by another company,who sent me a damaged bike for my sons Christmas present I came here to get some help. Sam F was absolutely amazing in giving some advice. I bought the perfect bike with Sam's help and am getting a refund from the first place. A huge thanks to Sam he deserves to be paid commission.
