   From start to finish, Matt and Ian at the Wigan store were incredibly helpful. My son wanted an electric bike, and I knew absolutely nothing about them. Matt took the time to listen, asked the right questions about how the bike would be used, and recommended a very reasonably priced option that was perfect for us. Throughout the whole purchasing process, both Matt and Ian kept me fully informed and up to date without ever being pushy. At the point of sale, they spent time with my son showing him exactly how to use the bike properly. They also directed me to the free insurance, advised me to register, and explained the free 30-day bike health check. Absolutely perfect service – very helpful from start to finish. Thank you, lads, it was much appreciated, and I will definitely be recommending you to friends.

   The team at this store dont come any better than this. Recently bought a mountain bike from store and every team member i’ve dealt with couldnt be more helpful. Came in before my purchase and a team member spent 15 mins running through the pros and cons of the bike i liked and showing me others that could compare based on spec and price. Once i decided on the bike they were kind enough to keep my bike in the back until my cycle voucher cleared, removing the stress of potentially paying for delivery. Day of pickup, super friendly running through all the details and then same again during the free 30 day service. I couldnt make the dates that were available online for the service but one phonecall to the store had me set up and seen to quickly and easily. This is a store and group of staff that take pride in what they do and clearly have the expertise in bikes to support it.

   I have been to Evans a few times getting grandchildren’s bike tyres fixed. More recently we went to buy a bike for a 13yr old. So much to choose from at various prices. The young lady was so patient. Pulling bikes out for him to try. Offering advice on which size would be best and allowing him to try them out for size. We bought a very different bike than the one he saw on line but was slightly cheaper. It was checked over. The seat rod shortened so he could ride it for his height. All sorted within hours. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Highly recommended. Thanks.

   We dropped off a Polygon siskiud6 for some repairs. Have to say that Matt and Ian went beyond expectation. Explaining what was required to repair the bike, order the parts, fitting the parts and making the bike look and ride like brand new. When we collected the bike they explained all the work that had been completed and also provided advice on the best way to maintain the bike in order to minimise further issue. Great service, very competitive price too. We will certainly be returning in the future if we need any work. Thank you again.

   I bought two bikes from Evans cycles online, which where delivered badly by Evri, as in the cartons were damaged...When I tried to build the bikes they had several parts damaged ..I contacted the Wigan branch as it was the closest, and you could talk to a human.. A kind man named Ian said it would be better for me to take them to the store that sort online, and they would build both bikes free of charge and check any faults. Fantastic Customer service THANKS

   Great service and offers. Bike was £500 and I received £100 of accessories with their Christmas offer. Bike serviced road ready and given a 12 week check included too. Can't ask for better quality of equipment and staff. Wigan Evans is the best.

   I bought an Electric Brompton on the cycle to work scheme and the staff were fantastic! They explained everything to me in great detail. Especially it being a Brompton with all its quirks as to how to fold, unfold and look after the bike. I’ve had experience of many bike shops before and this was by far my best experience. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and are super friendly! The shop itself is quite big with a wide selection of road, mountain and folding bikes as well as accessories.
