   I have visited twice, the first time you young woman on the till (francesca I think) served me and was very well mannered and polite with excellent customer service skills. The second time, Josh was very good with me today, excellent service and was very quick in getting my shoes, was very well mannered and presentable. Employees like this are the heart of the business and I am very impressed with this. Bravo!

   Friendly, professional service. I exchanged shoes purchased at Direct Sport Flint, where they refused to exchange them and told me to send them back to the Nike factory to have them repaired. The manager at Broughton Direct Sports exchanged my shoes without any problems. Professional and friendly. Thank you.

   Is it worth leaving a review? Do sports direct even care? Went in on Saturday morning about 10.30. Staff are miserable, no one wants to help. At check out when paying you get barked at and scowled at then stared at in the most awful way. I hope she finds a better job soon. Don’t actually blame her as she looks like she hates being there but mgt need to do something but as I said before they probably don’t even care. Couldn’t have been further from a pleasant experience

   Customer service is the least of the staffs priorities. Sports direct needs to do something about staff morale and attitude. No one looked like they wanted to be there and it felt like an inconvenience when I asked a question. Made me put everything down and walk out the shop.

   Bought a puma hoodie from here 9 days ago. I put it in the wash with the puma pants I bought with it and the hoodie came out ripped. Took it back and got told that it's been caught on something in the wash (even though it was only in there with the pants) and it isn't a manufacturing problem. The don't care attitude from the girl was disgusting and even when I told her it's only been in the wash with the pants she just shrugged and said I can't accept that as a return. This shop, its staff and their don't care attitude is a disgrace. £32 down the drain on something I haven't even worn yet.

   Today (30th of July 2022 at 10:30 am) we been to get a pair of Nike socks and asked the staff (young, tall, dark hair with hung over look over on his face) at the back till, if they had a pair in smaller size, he replied with a careless attitude 'no', when I asked if they could check the stock, the reply was the same with similar I dont care about customer attitude. Not going there again.

   Good value. Usually good stock. I do find the stores are a bit hectic and if you are trying to find something, finding staff available to ask is not the easiest, but overall it is my go to for sporting goods.
