“Bought a 2023 Samsung S90C from here for £500, with bars on the screen, they listed this as 'doesnt affect viewing experience', now I was like 'oh well that's a lie, but I don't really mind'. Look at the photo, I got a steal, you can't even notice them. Manager was also very kind and helpful on collection.”

“Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”

Alex has designed a kitchen that meets all our needs and nothing has been to much trouble for him, he does really enjoy his work. We now have an ideal kitchen provided at a reasonable price and yes it was flat packed but with the cams and dowels pre installed it was quick and easy to assemble. This is a quality product at the right price and everything from design to delivery went to plan with nothing missing but a little damage to one item that was immediately rectified following one phone call.
