   Needed a upvc doorlock mechanism so went to Screwfix, Saddle Junction, Wigan. Item I wanted was not in stock, so I ordered it for next day collection at store. The store sent me a text to let me know it had arrived. When I attended I realised it was not the part I needed, so I returned it with no hassle and they started the refund process without any quibbling. I would just like to say that the lady cashier on the till, named Sue, was very helpful and informative. I felt she was credit not only to herself, but your company as a whole, and I wanted to bring her hard work and dedication to the attention of the company supervisors. Thanks again.

   Order your stuff online and pick it up from here, alternatively browse and order in the shop. Fast moving environment, staff seem to know what they are doing, never had an issue.

   Excellent choice for near enough anything DIY. Even though they are part of the same group as B&Q they are up to half price less on most of their stuff. Good thing is they sell to domestic as well as trade customers unlike most trade places.
