   I dreaded the worst when my fridge freezer started to make unusual noises, then silence! Panic! With food starting to defrost something had to be done. Come to the rescue! Pooles Domestics recently relocated to Ince. Upon visiting I was pleasantly surprised to see familiar faces, one of whom was Karen and with helpful advice and her pleasant demeanour pointed me in the right direction. Questions to the Knowledgeable service team being answered I purchased one they had in stock. Believe it or not I left for home. I hadn’t even finished rescuing what was still frozen into Freezer bags when the said appliance was at my front door. How about that for service! Not something you get from the big guys and Amazon. Would I recommend? Of course I would. Well done and thank you. What a team!!!!

   Had delivered today washer and tumble dryer. This is second time we have bought from Pooles and cannot praise them enough. Purchased over the phone from seeing the appliances on the website and they were spot on. Everyone from this company are magnificent, Karen, Gary and the two lads that delivered were polite and friendly. Would not go anywhere else for an appliance now.
