   Absolutely Unreliable Service. Contacted a week ago to request an estimate for a customer with all measurements needed,drawing and a video materials. Ive been passed to Matthew. Spoken last saturday first where I have been told that this will be ready in few days.Phoned back 4 days later on wednesday and been told that he is very busy but will do the job by end of Thursday.Today is Saturday again and havent heard back via phone or email. I DON'T recommend this branch for design or estimate as they will create a bad name for your business in front of a customer,will create you unecesarry conversations with a customer and turning up that your business give fake promises. Absolutely unreliable ! ! !

   I’ve been meaning to write this review for over 18 months now. My kitchen is as good as the day it went in, I’ve had no problems with any of the appliances which I purchased from Howden’s or any of the kitchen units. I came up with the design and Matt the designer ran with it and also gave me some great ideas. Matt visited the project to make sure it was going to plan. I can’t thank him and his team enough for all the help and the amazing kitchen I now have today thank you so much Lynn Clark.

Andy with his team (all very pleasant, polite and nothing too much trouble) really worked well with me and completed the job with care and attention to every detail and every day asked if all was ok. I really appreciated their kindness.

   We had a full kitchen and appliances supplied by Howdens Wigan, from the start meeting Matt and going through the design process everything was top class, the products are really good quality and even towards the end when there was a minor hiccup with some of the drawers, Matt ensured that the correct course of action was taken to rectify the problem and the job is now fully complete to an extremely high standard. The process from start to finish has been great and I can't recommend Matt and the Howdens Wigan team enough.
