Get many items from here and the staff have always been great, today came in for a refund and a unique issue caused by a damaged item I received, John the store manager resolved this quickly and smoothly with great professionalism and customer service, even during a busy period. Highly recommend this Argos store.
Elaine and Emily were wonderful! We arrived 5 minutes before closing time and needed a couple of items but we were not sure as to the make of one or the capacity of another. They were extremely helpful and patient and despite our being last minute they could not have been better ambassadors for Argos! They were exemplary and we cannot thank them enough

Bought an Xbox series X just 6 days ago, used for the 2nd time (only 1 hour) and the Xbox is dead! Absolutely shocking. The box they given me looked like it had gone 8 rounds with Tyson Fury and to charge £449 for it, is an absolute joke. Will be in first thing for an exchange and hope to god you have one ready as my Adah, add and bipolar is already off the charts!!!!
Bought some goods from here. Delivery was on time an text me yo say it was in too. Happy with all service.. staff member on till was nice qn helpful.
Turned up to pick up my order and was told it wasn’t there (as it should have been) and that I’ll ‘have to come back tomorrow’. The 3 people on shift clearly waiting for their shift to finish couldn’t care less. Told me something about a van not turning up, but nobody called to tell me is wasn’t going to be there ‘because we would have to call everyone’. So I completely wasted a 30 minute round trip. So I got a refund and bought the exact same thing £7 cheaper on Amazon which will be delivered in the morning. Service like this will eventually put Argos out of business.
Drove round and round for 2 hours looking for this shop , NOT one sign post to say way it is . This is impossible to find so we drove back too Ellesmere Port fuming wasting about £20 in petrol .
Easy to find with plenty of parking. Open very late (10pm on the day I visited) which helps people with busy lives. It is within the Sainsbury's shop footprint so very clean, tidy and presentable as you would expect
