Parking is good there's never no staff. Walking about most isles is often what happens. Not a fan of seeing four tills closed and one open as people are cuing
Worst store ever. Customer service not helpful, liars. Cutting machine not working for ages. Customer service via phone even worse. Going to another shop. Shitty place to deal with, wasting of time.
Got everything we needed at the Wigan store with some good advice from a young man Luke on the kitchens, he was very friendly, helpful and professional a great help to us.
All purchases great trade point guy very helpful went over and beyond unfortunately when he was serving us someone tried to leave with a de walt drill he chased him and got the item back without security quite scary . Give the guy a bonus he was amazing. 10 out of 10.
Large retail place was OK but as it says its not what you come to expect as it says online . Staff was brilliant and could not do enough for you to help
Wanted to treat myself to a different coloured orchid. Unfortunately they did not have the navy blue one I wanted but I did buy another one, as you do, what I did get was an employee who gave out good advise when they would be in stock. She knew her products.
Always seems to have most of the things I need for general DIY or storage solutions, and much of the time things I don't. The paint mixing services are great as you can have your own custom colours done via their helpful team on the valspar desk.
Nipped in here to look at the kitchens staff where very helpful in helping us with our enquiry and we be looking forward to going further with our plans.
