   Fab staff and putting up with me mithering them and being a total pain in their backside whilst still smiling can't fault them believe me I tried but they just laugh. 100% recommend the service and friendly customer service. No I don't work there and I didn't get paid but that could be worth a ask? Thank god they know me x

   I checked online to check the availability of a cement sand mixture, found one and went direct, it was a friendly workplace where you are greeted at the door by an employee guiding you. Don not expect this place to be for sift hiegh heel ladies. It is not a show room. I did not find what I looking for but offered a cheaper obe in a larger size. Men behind the desk were busy and tough who do not want to waste time with a lady, I was ignored for a long time (I hope t was not related of my gender or color)

   What a pleasure to find a builders merchants, that really cares about its customers, we ordered 99% of the building materials for our new extension, nothing was too much trouble for Travis Perkins, they even sent a representative to match the bricks with our home. Deliveries were to the minute and LEE the driver and grab~operator offloaded the materials with great skill and ease. Great Credit to all involved and a great run Company, Many thanks Ian & Gill Oliver, Hindley Wigan.

   The person behind the till (white shirt) changed absolutely after seeing me in there i.e. Asian guy. Spoke in fluent English (Northern Irish accent) and the guy pretended to not understand a single word I was saying. I even spoke slowly to which he again pretended as if he couldn't understand what I was saying. First time going into Travis perkins and get alienated straight away. Could clearly see in the guys face he didn't want me in there. Was all Jolly serving other tradsmen in there but that changed after seeing me. Surely puts me off going back into any of their branches let alone this one. Shame on the fella for letting the business down.
