   I visited the CHP store in Wigan today and unfortunately had a bad experience. The staff member at the store was not friendly and even laughed at me, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected better customer service and was quite disappointed with how I was treated.

   Friday Afternoon 6th Sept 2024 Brilliant helpful friendly service from the 2 guys on the counter this afternoon. I explained (in a 'little woman', way, my quote, not theirs) a frustrating problem with soft close toilet hinges which I had logically worked out the problem but not absolutely defined how to solve it. Problem for months spending hours trying to fathom it. They listened patiently and came up with a solution. So grateful. Thank you guys M Kay

   I couldn’t recommend CHP enough. As I ‘give it a go’ type I dropped onto to them a few years ago and have used them a number of times. In recent months I’ve been in for bathroom towel rail and today, for a kitchen sink tap. On both visits I’ve been served by Wayne who is beyond helpful and sympathetic to the uneducated (plumbing wise), he’s top chap. Prices are good too and well worth a visit before going to the usual players. Thanks CHP.

   Very happy with our recent purchase of a complete bathroom. Worked out everything for us, all we had to do was choose which products we required. Showed us what the finished job would look like on a visual screen, and gave us advice at every stage. We had to wait for the plumber to start but prices and stock held till required.
