   Surprised how this place has changed so much. Used to go in here and they'd have loads of car parts set out with books to guide you on getting the right ones for your car Now theres hardly any,4 sets of sparkplugs,filters on shelves or in a box on the floor and no booklets or eletronic pads to guide you. Left without anything,easier to go on line to order but when you have cash its not as easy.

   Popped in today to enquire about having 2 rear brake lights replaced on my Ford Fiesta. I was greeted by a lovely man at reception, and then immediately handed over to an extremely efficient and helpful mechanic who promptly set about replacing both bulbs. I would like to say the customer service, professionalism and friendliness of you store is outstanding. I shall most certainly be visiting again, whenever the need may arise in the future, thank you so much for making my experience a pleasure.

   After alot of back and too. We finally got batteries for our Carrara impel 2 electric bikes. They're not blue as we want, but a black colour. But needs must, the bike's would have been useless without them. Anyway I'd like to say a big thank you to Phil at the Warrington store, for all his help in getting them for us..

   The product was in stock online and ordered quickly and easily, updates where provided in a timely manner. However, the store staff seemed to be uninterested, choosing to serve other people who arrived after us because we were there to collect an order. When we did eventually get served the sales assistant was scruffy and didn't really seem to know what customer service was. Probably because we chose a self-install instead of getting them to fit it for us. We'll go to a different branch in future.

   Avoid... The oil I wanted (5w 30 fully synthetic C4) was not available even though Halfords website said it was available at that branch. When I asked a staff member they initially tried to sell me 15w 40 part synthetic because the bottle looked similar. They then tried to find what I asked for originally but couldn't, when I told them the Halfords website has it listed as available I was told the website doesn't update properly. I then went to eurocarparts instead and got exactly what I needed. Don't bother with Halfords as your wasting your time.

   Item not in stock on arrival when ordered on line, then had to deal with a challenging young man “Kyle” who couldn’t do anything other than offer a % discount on a more expensive item!! Ended up having to pay more for a item that looked like it had been thrown around the store due to damaged packaging!! Not the best customer experience for a very simple straight forward transaction! I just hope the product is in better condition than the packaging supplied

   Beware.. Visited the store to simply replace a rear indicator light. Had to return twice due to faults caused by the guy who fitted it which the second time resulted in the entire back lights not working and thus driving with no back lights in the dark which was incredibly dangerous. Staff provided no apology and were very passive. The first returned trip the person lied stating he had checked both lights were working after changing it. Dangerous practice and no responsibility taken by the staff. Will be avoiding in the future.

   Took my bike in for a free check up & later to have the brakes changed. All staff were really helpful at the Riverside, Warrington location on both occasions. From carrying my bike up & down stairs to explaining in detail what needed to be done & the aftercare of my bike. Thank you!
