    Needed to exchange a battery under warranty, it was close to the 12 months offered but there was no problem with exchange Staff were all excellent and even arranged for me to pick up the replacement from another local store. A similar issue with Halfords almost ended up in court so can't thank you enough for your customer service and satisfaction.

    Used a couple of times. Great prices and good parts. They could improve at attending the clients. Today I had to wait.......a while, about 50 minutes to pick up my order. It seems they forgot they have a client waiting. Maybe because is Saturday and the staff was tired, or just because they don't care about clients. And is not the first time or the first person who has to wait to collect his order. The smile and the "Sorry" don't cover the lost time. From now on I will use another branch.
