   Seems they don't check their products before putting on shelf. Bought a phone with Graphine OS instead of normal Android. One staff was quite polite (Ryan) unlike the other tall one who's always on the till. Defensive, arrogance mixed with ignorance, and obviously lacks customer care. Buying there is a gamble.

   I thought I’d buy myself a new tablet today and picked out the perfect tablet for myself and asked to see it but when I said I want to buy it the person showing me it said “Oh this is not for buying” even thought it was in the display case they refused to sell me it because they weren’t selling it. He then accused me of trying to rob the tablet because I asked to hold it and inspect it. I also think the staff need better hygiene or put some air fresheners on the shop floor as it stunk

   If you use phones/computers/laptops/tablets for work, DO NOT BUY second hand from these guys. Nothing but issues with faulty mobiles, and they are not willing to take any responsibility. Not only will I be returning my current handset for a full refund, I will also be invoicing you for all time wasted, and any loss of earnings.

   If you are looking for honest service, just stay away from this place. They sold me a phone with broken charging slot. I realised after 30 minutes and came back with receipt trying to get explenation and return of the money. They told me that I broke it beacuse I pushed to hard and they got nothing to do with that. All I did was slightly plugging charging cable in. They also claimed it was bought by them on the same day, I think that speeks for itself in case of their focus on quality of products.
