   I got a really good deal on a Pioneer DDJ FLX4 DJ controller, on inspection it turned out to be brand new, allowed me to pay in instalments, excellent customer service..... UPDATE: THE ITEM WAS SOLD AS NEW FOR A NEW PRICE, IT WAS SECONDHAND AND FAULTY, BEWARE THEY SELL SECONDHAND ITEMS AT NEW PRICES..AND THEY TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR THE FAULTY,..WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN..AVOID.

   Although it's not a large store, they offer a good variety of items, including bikes, vacuum cleaners, heaters, cameras, and music equipment/speakers. Some of the prices are attractive, while the rest are not worth paying for a 2nd hand / used item. The electrical appliances do come with a 12 months warranty.

   Visited on 18th June 22 looking for a laptop. Excellent service from Philip for whom nothing seemed too much trouble as he found and explained the detailed spec. Offered to throw in a case if I closed the deal but I preferred a little more cash off. He went to speak with the manager and we came to an agreement over a modest reduction, which was great. Laptop looked new and has been working perfectly - so far! A friendly store that always seems willing to listen to the customer.

   I've been a customer for a number of years now and I just have to mention a FANTASTIC member of staff called PHILLIP. What a great person he is. I went in a couple of weeks ago and was just browsing when he approached me and I was looking at a Nintendo switch for my daughter. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product and nothing was too much trouble. I did take alot of his time up yet he remained friendly and helpful throughout and he gave me first class service and he is an absolute credit to the Store. I hope he stays there lol because I have never received service like he gave and it did make for a very pleasant experience. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves because he's a great Salesman.
