   I do NOT recommend this Cex at Warrington because the woman who served me was abit rude and I wanted zootropolis NOT zoolander and and she charged me £3 for it!! Instead of £2 and she kept me waiting and didn’t say sorry for your wait as I waited over 15 mins to be served!!! And she didn’t get my disc right and she had no acknowledgment and she doesn’t know her maths and even I had a problem with Cex in Crewe last year!!! And i will not be buying anything in this Cex anymore!!! I only gave this Cex only 1 last chance but it went wrong!!

   Went in to get my Mrs a xbox, lovely staff when served, explained everything about the xbox I was getting, would be 5 stars but takes a while to get served especially while people cut in line. 4/5 would recommend to anyone local, would be 8/5 if they manage to get more tills for sustainable serving but overall a nice experience.

   Sold my old phone here. I thought it was a pretty clean phone as I always take care of them. But they didn't think so. The staff member who served me originally was pleasant enough, but when he was needed to help the next member of staff he was very rude and dismissive to the obviously newer member of staff....

   Couldn't find the item I wanted to buy for my son so one of the guys working in the store helped me to locate it, which was great. Unfortunately, due to an administrative error, I left empty handed and had to source the item from the company's website. This, thankfully was a more productive process. Decent enough experience overall though.

   Was greeted by Matthew. I went in to buy a new phone. He showed me many phones, and the features. Explained everything clearly, and was very helpful. Compared to most of the other employees, matthew showed an interested, and smiled. The rest looked bored, and tired. Thank you Matthew for your friendly service, and for the phone, that i am more than happy with.

   They under price anything that has a change for example if you sell a xbox one s with an upgraded controller they down grade your console. And it's looks like it's £10 for every defect as they word it. Wasn't defected it was mint condition so make no sense reply to your reply up was a upgraded pad it makes no sense to do what you do but i guess that you lot playing on people that know no better ps iv downgraded my stars from 3 to 1 based on your reply

   I have shopped in CEX stores across England and without a doubt the staff and manager at the Warrington store are head and shoulders above the rest. Nothing and I really do mean nothing is too much trouble in making sure that we get the best product. Providing excellent customer service is paramount and is always delivered no matter how busy they are. Top class and many thanks your 'above and beyond duty' attitude is much appreciated and valued.
