   I use Birchwood shopping centre very regularly and I always avoid this shop now due to the staff. Ive been in a few times- the first time the woman at the till carried on gossiping to her colleague and barely even acknowledge my existence. Another time I was stood at the till waiting to pay , whilst it wasn’t manned, a staff member was in the isle behind me and saw me and just ignored it. I was stood there for far too long. Staff just have bad attitudes every single time , I once asked for something as couldn’t find it and staff member couldn’t be bothered helping- acting all annoyed as soon as I said the words “excuse me” no wonder it’s never that busy I always walk away feeling depressed as I’m sure others do to

   i would never recommend this shop. staff are bullies and management are even worse! i’ve used used this shop for years, the old manager was amazing however since the change it’s the last place i would go. all staff look like they don’t want to be there, there is constant rude comments and looks from staff and management, you’d think they were back in school!

   I walked into the shop and within five minutes me and my friend were kicked out for no reason. There was no messing around or being silly The staff member told us to stop pissing about and go. Totally unreasonable and utterly rude. This has happened to another friend and is not ok.

   To give a 1 star review is unfair however my review is based on 1 member of staff, it was very clear I was looking to ask a question however she walked of so I shouted out excuse me can I ask. She then walked off again. On me leaving the shop as it was very clear she didn't want to help she then went on to slag me off to her colleague at the till as I was leaving. Normally I'd be asking the question of what did I do so wrong however this time no that was just down right rude. And ps I got the item I was looking for 2 shops down
