   No standard TRV’s in stock and can’t even order in, very poor service. you’ve a long way to go to be able to serve tradespeople, went station in the end, plenty of stock and cheaper !

   although its very close to town centre, its not too busy and you get served quickly. it sort out a lot of issus as most tool stores are on the other side of town in and this one is one of the rare ones this side and close to town centre! it has a big carpark .

   The sales assistant was the most rudest, unhelpful and unapologetic little man, that I have ever had the misfortune to cross paths with. Clearly has an issue with women, offered no support or assistance and then flatly refused to apologise when the item was handed without issue to my son-law. Absolutely no people skills or professionalism shown by the attitude provided, that's a guarantee Non Return. However, the manager was very courteous with pleasent mannerisms and took the time to explain the misunderstanding. What a shame, his male chauvinist employee, does not share the same qualities. Much to learn
