   Excellent customer service. Answered all of our questions.. didn't over sell anything just gave his opinion and let us make up our minds. Nice clean and tidy. All animals are looked after and taken care off. Well definitely be shopping here from now on. Great prices too.

   Great little shop that's clean, well stocked and the customer service is amazing. Chris was more than happy to share his knowledge and spend the time to make sure I knew what I was letting myself in for. I am now the owner of a healthy quaker parrot whom I adore! I would definately recommend anyone thinking of buying a furry/ feathery friend to pop in and benefit from a great experience.

   Excellent staff knowledge and they are really helpful. The animals are very well cared for and the tanks and cages are spotlessly clean. They also have a great range of angling and fishing equipment. It is my first port of call for all my pet needs and I would highly recommend visiting.

   My mum went in the shop yesterday n it was great. Really clean n tidy with excellent pets in clean cages. Animals are very healthy. Chris the new owner has done an excellent job in getting the shop back to a excellent standard. Chris will go above n beond to help you out in anyway he can n make sure you know everything you need to know about the pets you are looking at. Well done chris

   This quaint little pet shop is now under new management, Chris the new owner has put a lot into bring it back to life, spotlessly clean, and a good stock of pet goodies. It's great to see an old school pet shop in the old town again, Chris is very friendly and welcoming, happy to spend his time and makes sure have everything you need for your pets, if it's not in stock he will gladly order it for you. Pop in and see for yourself. Oh and don't forget to say hello to Charlie. Top marks and good luck Chris :-)
