   Called in Runcorn store as I was having difficulty finding the right food for my 2 Dorset Old Thyme Bulldogs (renowned for digestive issues) and Dan the store manager was great! He went through best options explaining as we went through choices (he didn't push the most expensive but suggested what he believed was the best option) I bought what he suggested and my girls are so much better, they seem to have a new lease of life and are having fun again, thanks to Dan and his knowledge.

   This used to be a thriving store, plenty of assistants and choices of stock, however, the last few weeks it's been awful, it actually has the feeling of ready to give up. Hardly any staff now, the popular loose biscuits have been stopped, so I have to go to Pets at Home now, not sure if this has new ownership but if it does they need to have a serious talk with themselves before it's too late.

   I really wish there was more variety of cat stuff, it's mostly aimed at dogs and birds unfortunately. The prices can be beat by Amazon as well which is a shame. I'd love to support local businesses but the prices make that pretty difficult. Lovely staff though :)

   More food for dogs than cats, and the supplies have been cut drastically since around 2019. Probably because of covid. The baby kitten milk they sell is below par, and there’s no other choice available unfortunately. Used to be a brilliant place for pets but no longer is. The little rabbits are very cute though.

   Jolley's is a really good all-round store. The staff are all really friendly and they do so much to help charities. They let my charity sit inside on a cold day and tin shake which we're very thankful for.
