We stayed here from Friday 7th of November to Sunday 9th. Can't fault our stay at all. Beds were comfy, room was clean and tidy. Staff are fantastic and very pleasant. Room was slightly tired but you get what you pay for so was up to expectations. Would definitely stay again

Never ceases to amaze me how rooms just aren't cleaned appropriately. "You had one job!" The table was actually, genuinely sticky. The bath still had gunk and a few hairs from the last victim on it and there was piece of litter quite obvious near the bed. This is all basic stuff. The room I first had, before the excellent ladies on reception moved me, was DAMP DAMP DAMP. The heater did not work and the control box was missing. If they hadn't moved me to a cleaner, non-damp room I would've demanded my money back and gone elsewhere, even though it's convenience for me for where I consult. The stars are for the receptionists and I feel for them having to work with all this. (The second room was nowhere near as bad, wasn't damp and had a control box on the heater, but that didn't work!)

Another fab trip at our favourite Runcorn Premier Inn. We stay here often to be near family Chester. As I can't manage my in law's stairs we use an accesible room at Runcorn to sleep comfortably wash in an easy to use, spacious and clean bathroom and need a bit more help sometimes. We didn't see our usual night shift pals Pete and Fran this time... But met Amy (thank you for such a lovely welcome when I wasn't feeling great) and the lovely Emma who we knew, as ever, would help us get the bedding we need and set up. My condition means I'm sensitive to hot and cold so we so appreciated the heaters and fans so I was comfy all the time. This meant a lot as Andy could pop and see his parents and I could rest even on my own as I was so set up well. Thanks! Slept really well, had picnic breakfast in our room... But sometimes we enjoy a STUNNING Premier Inn breakfast. Also, the access line for Premier Inn is great for enquiries... Travel with a disability is really hard and credit to Premier Inn, specially Runcorn, for making it a bit easier. Seeing family is really important to us. Thanks!

As always the staff are great, we had a room in the older part of the hotel. It looks very tired and worn out and the corridor to our room had a strong smell of damp. The room was comfortable as usual but the hotel needs some loving care and attention.

It's another Premier Inn - nice and clean as one would expect. Also, was reasonably priced. The room was very spacious on this occasion. Only a 4-star this time, since check-in was a little chaotic. Door was locked when we arrived, took a while for the receptionist to let us in on arrival. Receptionist didn't really stick to the point, and I was tired after a week's work and a long journey. I wish he had kept things brief. Not helped by an arrogant guest who arrived at the same time as we did. Breakfast was good. I prefer cooked food to order over buffet, which was nice.

Car charger broken, has been for months it seems; yet they still advertise it as a facility. I would have picked a different hotel had I known. Seems petty, but it meant driving out and finding a fast charger for an hour when I really wanted to be in bed.

Room was good and the staff were great except in the beef eater. The breakfast was terrible! We all ordered poached eggs and the chef clearly can't cook them they turned up so over cooked, then waited 15 minutes for replacement fried egg which was so under cooked and the plate full of oil! The Sausages were stone cold as well! The chef clearly needs some desperate training! Makes it worse that all 5 of us were all kitchen managers/Hotel managers from other premier inns!

Lovely hotel to stay in. Staff were very friendly and rooms were perfect. With having some mobility issues I like to have a lower bed, large bathroom and close to reception. The room we were given covered all three. While staying we visited the adjoining Beefeater and let's just say service was far from perfect. As we had booked meal deals for the two nights, the Premier Inn staff arranged for full refunds and could not have apologised more, even though it was not their fault. I've posted details against my review of the Beefeater so hopefully it will be looked into. Don't let this put you off staying in a lovely hotel.

Getting a bit old and tired on the half where the reception is located. Areas in the room where cleanliness was questionable, especially in the bathroom. I don't think the room was used often as it smelt of dead old wet cat (room 30). After investigation, I think it was coming from the bathroom. Noise in the rooms located on the motorway side is unacceptable. There are better noise insulating windows available.

Very good premier inn. On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who got me checked on quickly and guided me to my room. The room itself was clean and very comfortable with adequate provisions in the form of coffee and tea. It was also nice to get a bath! I would gladly stay here again hence the five stars, thank you!
