   Visited this store a few weeks ago with my small dog and had an unpleasant interaction with the who i believed to be owners dog, who aggressively charged at my small pooch on the shop floor. I was in shock and quickly had to leave the store as I was worried the rabid looking thing would eat my dog before i had time to raise my concerns with the owner themself. Why let your dog roam the store if he’s not friendly. To put matters worse, the price of the treats are just extortionate you can get them for cheaper at pets at home not going to lie. I’m not happy with my experience at this store, I do usually support small businesses but this is a NO from me!

   Absolutely the best raw dog food shop around! There’s such a huge variety to choose from, and the owner is always ready to help with her incredible knowledge and expertise on different products. She genuinely cares about dogs, and it really shows in the way she gives advice and goes the extra mile for every customer. The delivery service is perfect, always reliable, fast, and hassle-free.    Raw was the only way to go with my 3 English bulldogs. How lucky we are then to have such a fabulous raw food stockist locally. Wide range of food available along with treats, supplements, toys and accessories. Ali, along with her staff, are always on hand to offer advice if needed. Free local delivery if needed which is a godsend on the weeks I am super busy but it’s also always a pleasure to pop into store. Friendly service always and you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend

   I was considering switching to Raw for my Labrador puppy a few months after she came home. I’d done as much research as possible but still needed some advice and Ali provided so much info - it was very helpful! she’s now about to turn 2 and loves life on raw. I’ve also had help from Megan and recently met Josh. they’re a lovely bunch! I drive from Chester to get mine and it’s worth the drive every time! Suppliers more local to me don’t have anywhere near the range - it’s brilliant!

   I have received a lot of help from The raw superstore with my Toy Poodle who is now thriving on his raw food diet. He enjoys meal times now which is huge as he was always fussy. All of my questions are answered and I feel like I am being supported with my first puppy which is something I really needed. I highly recommend to everyone.

   The staff here are very knowledgeable and reassured me about the benefits of feeding a raw diet to our 2 dogs. We were told how to transition them from regular dog food to raw food to avoid any upset stomach issues. The selection of different foods is amazing and ensures your dog always has enough diversity rule out food boredom. Our dogs love their new food and eat every mouthful unlike the other which usually ended up in the bin and was a source of stress to me. Now, happy dog's and happy Mum!!!
