All Pets Prestatyn looked after Woody with so much care and attention, explaining everything clearly and keeping us informed on everything, we felt Woody was in the best hands of Dr Richard, with big thanks to all of the team.

We have taken our cat a few times over the last few months to this vets with one thing or another the prestatyn branch and rhyl and they have been very good with her lovely staff excellent service being able to have an appointment on the day we have rung them up.we would fully recommend them.

In such a difficult time for our family both your Nurse and Vet were amazing. So understanding, caring and so professional. This made putting our boy to sleep at home so much better for him and us. Recently had a laparoscopic spay for my female cocker spaniel Willow. All staff were brilliant and the procedure went amazingly. Willow is a nervous pup but all staff handled her with great care and kept her calm. Willow is now healed and back to normal in just 48hrs after her procedure. We are beyond happy with the care and customer service we have received and Willow is a very happy girl. Thankyou all pets for making Willows spay as easy and calm as possible. Highly recommend laparoscopic spaying.
