Took our wee dog to the vet yesterday for a firework consultation and had a full MOT. Talk about a personal and holistic assessment - the Vet Ted Leech is absolutely fabulous, gave us great advice and reassurance and Fiona just loved him! Highly recommend him!

The staff here are wonderful. My cat is quite skittish and they managed to keep her calm enough to be examined and were very gentle with her. I’m thankful to have them as my vet

Very friendly, personable and empathetic service. I brought three puppies in and the vet was thorough and gentle with them. One of the pups unfortunately has a heart murmur and both times I have visited the vet has been careful to examine her, explain their diagnosis and prognosis, and allay my fears where they can. Splendid service and my preferred vet practice.

Albany vets are a very friendly place to go to. The staff are very friendly and patient while you discuss your concerns or worries over your loved ones. Greeted very politely upon entering by the receptionist and the vets greet pets by there name. I have recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so. They have done so much for me and my pets in the past and will continue to do so. Can't thank them enough for what they do and what they do can sometimes be very difficult. When we lost our beloved boy last year they where so consoling and understood the feelings we had and if we needed anything they where there. Thank you all for all your hard work

Took my boy Buster (staffy) for a booster he hates the table so the vet always treats him while he's on the floor. I asked about a lump he has on his front right elbow, the vet looked at it and a few others that where fine. The elbow however she took a biopsy to be on the safe side. She was so nice, made a big fuss of Buster as all the vets do, explained things to me, reassured me it's to be on the safe side that it's better being checked out, plus options if it comes back positive. I'm worried of course but know he's in the best hands, thank you to all the vets at RHV xxx
