Very good Vet surgery , only ever had positive experiences when taking my cats into the Neston branch. Separate cat waiting area and lovely friendly staff.
Maybe I'm unlucky, or maybe this place has been recently taken over, but every single interaction I've had with this vets has been problematic. Mistake after mistake, incorrect medicines given, attempts to upsell teeth x-ray's when I brought my kitten in with infected eyes, never calling back, don't reply to emails. They are completely incompetent. Unfortunately I'm contracted into an agreement so I cannot change vets without paying a penalty apparently. Still waiting for the correct flea treatment to be dispensed (11 days so far) absolute joke of an establishment. Avoid at all costs.
This is the best vets we've ever used. All the staff and vets are very professional, compassionate, kind and helpful through all difficult times we had at the end of our cats life. We would totally recommend this vets, thank you for being there for us.
Excellent service. My elderly dog was losing weight and getting more and more subdued. Alessandra checked her over, ordered a blood test and gave some anti inflammatory medication. Within a few hours the dog was responsive and eager for food again. To me it seemed like magic, but the vet told me that antibiotics were also needed as an infection showed up on the blood tests. Kind and professional, I can't praise Alessandra enough. No waiting time, clean environment and courteous staff at this surgery. Thank you.
I was visiting my parents with my cat and unfortunately he needed to see a vet. He is not registered locally as I don't live in this area anymore, however they quickly took all my details and offered me a same day appointment which was brilliant. We were called straight in and he received brill care. Home again within half an hour. Delighted with the service!
Helped me and brother to scan a lost dog we found! The scanned him and luckily he was chipped. They also took goose in till the owners turned up =) very helpful veterinary =)
Took my dog yesterday for what i thought was ear infection. Turn out to be just a inflammations after a 5 min check was charged £80 including ear drops which I found for £ 20 so a £ 60 for a 5 min check no break down or proper receipt to see how I was charged .
First visit for Tobi, our rescue dog. They couldn't have been more helpful & totally put Tobi at ease. Extremely Covid safe for both animals & their owners.
