really took the time to look at Byron it was his first visit as we have just moved in the area, and every one was so nice, and really cared about Byron which was lovely .
Lovely staff, but a very expensive ten minutes. £60 consultation fee, and £44 for a tube of gel which can be bought online for £10.49.
Never using again. The staff are very pleasant but the fees they charge are absolutely ridiculous!!!! £102 for a check that took less than five minutes (£60) and £42 for a tiny tube of ointment that is £6 online!! I'm sorry but it's offensive.
Amazing team! Vet was absolutely amazing!!! Can't thank them enough for taken care of my little frenchie, so caring and full of knowledge. I was stressed and they immediately calmed me with such a lovely atmosphere xx
Fantastic Vet practice that we have used for 25 years. Always took care of our animals and helped in an emergency. Their monthly pet plan helps cover all the routine costs for flea, worm, tick, vaccines and check ups too.
On time and very professional. I am assured and confident from their views and comments. Very pleased with the practice.
At best, indifferent; at worst incompetent. If your pet loses a third of its bodyweight and is in obvious pain, expect antibiotics and Tramadol. Don't expect any serious attempt at diagnosis before you go to another vet who tells you the right thing to do is to put it to sleep.
Fantastic veterinary surgery. Was able to give me an appointment on the day to get a sore lump on my dog's neck treated. Extremely friendly and welcoming and so caring towards my dog. Thorough treatment and did not feel rushed in any way. Thank you :)
Such a dedicated talented team, I have been coming here for a few years now and I have to say after going to other vets previously I am very impressed with the high standard of care we get here every time, very highly trained, high standard of care and compassion for the animals and supportive of the owners too. I'm so glad I found the best vets in town.
