   I have 2 boxers and have been registered with Sandersons since Richard started the practice over 10 years ago. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Richard and the team,they are all amazing.Richard inspires such confidence Incredible care for my younger dog who has recently had a serious heath issue. Always accessible and helpful and it's fantastic that they are one of the few remaining independent vet practices long may it remain so

   We have a Great Dane (John) who’s really nervous in the vet and is also not great with other dogs. They always make him feel as comfortable as they can and will always fit him in at a time there’s no other dogs or he has a path to go through without bumping in to one. They really make a fuss of him. And not only that but provide us with all the information we need, different treatment routes with prices included so there’s no last minute surprises. Definitely feel it’s a vets that cares for John’s wellbeing and not how much money they can get from him and it’s a breath of fresh air. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   I am just so pleased I found Sanderson Vets. Richard is so so thorough and he saved my mini Schnauzer from losing her or being one very ill dog. She is now monitored properly and on a correct diet so thank you. All his staff are brilliant and work as a team and treat you like family.They go and extra mile always. The nurses even offer to help me out with food for Chloe. They take care of your dogs like there own and give them TLC. If you want a caring and loyal vet, with excellent team that really care, look no further. Their prices are very reasonable with lots of plans which I can recommend. I am so happy that my 2 dogs are in best hands should they be ill. So if your looking for a vet look no more as Sanderson is the BEST.

   Had a home visit for my very nervous cat Stan, and once again, the vet and nurse were adorable with him, checked him over, gave advice, and his medication. The whole process is stress free for Stan and myself. They deal with all my pets at their practice and my home if needed. Their out of hours team are 5* too, no traipsing around the North West during the night if your pet needs assistance. I highly recommend Sanderson Vets

   Best Vets on the Wirral. All staff and vets are so lovely and understanding. The waiting room is spacious and calming and I don’t feel nervous leaving any of my animals with them under their care. The girls there are also so loving towards all the animals it’s very cute! I cannot fault them at all, the fact they are also 24 hour is such a relief and I don’t mind paying slightly higher fees for such a good service.

   Our dog had eaten peanut butter and had collapsed and stopped breathing. My daughter did CPR as I drove him to the practice and someone was waiting outside. He went in virtually dead. Great treatment. 3 days later.... He came home. They are very careful, have great facilities and there's someone there day and night.

   I would highly recommend this vets practice to everyone, the staff are all very professional and their premises is spotless. I have been with them nearly a year and always had an excellent service from them. But I have to single out Zoe Donovan for going above and beyond.Why… I have a Chihuahua ( no apologies) I took her to a different vet over a year ago to have her nails cut and they ripped one of her nails half out, lots of blood and nail. everywhere including on me. Needless to say a very traumatised pet. Since then she has needed to be sedated to have her nails cut. They grow quickly which means every 3/4 months. Left her early this morning for a nail cut. To my surprise vets rang me 40 mins later to say that they had cut her nails NO sedation I was amazed, I still am. But it does go to prove that they care more about the animal and NOT about the money. I was pleased she did not need sedating and the nails look brilliant. Thank you Zoe

   Nelly is never anxious when visiting this vet. All the staff have been really friendly and informative and the girls on the desk are all lovely. She spent 3 days here recently and over night and we are so thankful they looked after her :)
