Registered our kitten here and have been so pleased with the service and lovely wonderful staff ever since. I have taken my two cocker spaniels to Cranmore and Chester Gates on several occasions and the care and attention the receive is absolutely fantastic. From the vets, the reception staff, the nurses, without exception, they are wonderful. My spaniel Max was very poorly two months ago and he was in the hospital for a week. He is now better than ever . I can't thank the team enough for giving me peace of mind knowing if there is ever anything wrong, they will sort it out. I travel 30-40 minutes to get there and it is so worth it.

If you need treatment of any kind this is the place to go. Our retriever Barkley is currently undergoing hydrotherapy/laser physio. Friendly understanding staff and great levels of treatment for your pet. It's around a 40 mins drive for us but it's well worth it

Fantastic response from the vet and reception team at Cranmore for our recent medical emergency for our puppy Cooper, who had ingested rat poison. He is now making a wonderful recovery, thanks to the speedy response from the vet and reception team. Highly recommended very professional and caring
