   Staff are very knowledgeable and you can clearly see how much they love animals which makes me feel at ease leaving our dog in their care whilst we are away. When we picked him up they had washed his bedding as he got his mucky paws on it after being for a run which is a nice touch. He seemed very happy with the staff as well when we picked him up. Excellent kennels with passionate staff would definitely recommend to all my family and friends

   Simply wouldn't recommend. Dog was safe and fed but his bed was washed and went musty, when we asked why it was washed they couldn't tell us. I'm assuming dogs were kept too close together and pens aren't appropriate. They also lost his blanket which he had since a puppy despite taking an inventory when we arrived. Staff didn't seem too bothered, was told we would receive a call after they'd searched but never followed up.

   ***** AVOID ******* My sister phoned up and explained that she had not long taken ownership of ship of her dog and she wanted him to go into kennels whilst she went on holiday. She explained that she wasn’t sure on him previous vaccinations but she was getting them restarted and he would have him first injection when he came in to them for the week!! The lady states that was fine and took a deposit. My sister has turned up today to drop the dog off only to be met with someone stating they won’t accept him due to him only having his first vaccination despite having the phone conversation when booking and the lady stating it would be ok. I have phoned and requested the manager to ring me asap as my sister is going to the airport shortly with no where for the dog to go. They are refusing to refund my sister her deposit and I’m still awaiting a phone call. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have phoned 2 local Kennels’s who have stated this is not the first time this has happened at this kennels. So please be very very cautious when using this kennels

   Our dog was in for a daycare to get her used to kennels. Staff were really good with her as she was a little nervous. The kennels were very clean & organised, your also allowed to take your pets own bedding if you wish so they feel comfortable, large enclosed grassed exercise areas too. Very busy/popular kennels so book well in advance

   Looked after our two cats for 9 days whilst we were away for our wedding. Happy to take any extra items for the cats comfort, checked in with us only if they needed to and also went above and beyond and took photos of the cats to send to us on our wedding day. High quality place and personalised service.

   We have used this kennel for years, Our last dog used to run to the door in excitement if we simply said the word "kennel"! They've been sending us regular updates, our older dog seems to be loving it. We have a younger dog that's very anxious but they're being very understanding. Thank you!

   Left our dog here for a few days over Christmas. We were a bit hesitant as he's been a bit nervous and it was a little nerve-wracking, but he is as happy and bouncy as ever and he seems to have been very well looked after. Would be confident to use these guys again if needed.

   My cat Pablo stayed here for 9 nights this September. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. The girls sent me pictures/videos and updates of Pablo throughout his stay. He certainly was happy when i picked him up. Great set up at birchwood . He was well looked after and I am very pleased 5 stars
