   It was my first visit to Sunrise vets and I am so glad I moved to this vet. Dr Shams was extremely thorough, reassuring, knowledgeable, professional and informative. He put me at ease and was very kind and gentle with my cat and has helped Simba on the road to recovery. He thoroughly explained everything on the blood tests to me and about his treatment. It was a very positive experience because unlike other vets he did not rush the appointment or try to upsell. Jade was also very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this vet's practice.

Worthwhile. Valuable. This is what comes to mind after our 3 years of being supported, enabled, empowered, and cared for by Shams, Sarah, Jade, Chloe, and co. Our Bruno was always given the highest quality of care, and the team always went as far as needed (and beyond!) to help us. We were even happy and willing to do a 1.5 hour round trip to stay with them when we moved house! We have since taken their sage advice to join a recommended surgery near to our new home - but we know we always have a home with them, and should we ever be in need, we have complete faith in their capacity and willing to offer their nurturing, helping hands.    The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. They work so hard and we hope Shams, Sarah, Jade, Chloe and the team find time to nurture themselves as they nurture our animals so well. Thank you from Sarah, Phil and of course Bruno

   Wouldn’t take our two dogs anywhere else. Shams takes his time with examinations, and is very gentle with our dogs. He always thoroughly checks them over regardless of what they attend for. One of our girls is very nervous and he is so understanding and patient with her. In addition, the rest of Sunrise team are very friendly and helpful always make you feel welcome with a little chat. Very clean practice and plenty of parking on site too. Can’t Highly recommend Sunrise Vets enough.
