This is a vital lifeline for the care & diagnosis & ongoing treatment of my two cats Sheba & Ebony. The reception staff are warm & welcoming. The Vets are excellent. Always offered an appointment quickly, diagnosis & treatment explained fully. Convenient town centre location

We took our cat in for an ingrown claw, although she is a very nervous cat the whole experience was very calm and comforting for her. They saw to us quickly despite not being pre registered at the vets and were excellent with her. I couldn’t recommend this vet practice enough!

Incredible staff and services provided here,I can't give them enough credit,I came in with my bearded dragon axl this morning for a sore toe,and Sam the receptionist was amazing with both him when i needed to nip out for a breather, and me when I had a bit of a wobble, she helped calm me down,I can't fault this place at all, would definitely recommend, they care about every single animal that comes through their doors, the vets are so gentle here and explain things thoroughly in language that is easily understood,10/10

We had our first visit to Chorley Vets this week. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we'd made the right choice! We were welcomed by Sam, who put our puppy at ease. He had previously been frightened at another vets, but here he felt comfortable enough to have a cuddle instead, with no upset from him at all. We didn't wait long until we were called in to see Calypso. She was fantastic. So thorough and reassuring. She gave him a full health check and again our puppy was so relaxed, which was suchba relief. When we came out to pay, he had more cuddles from Sam, so I could concentrate on the instructions for his medication. Every member of staff we met were professional and so friendly. We have clearly made the right choice by joining this practice.

If you have an exotic I can’t recommend this place enough, mushu had his first visit this week and I was so happy with the care received. Originally I was worried about having to take him to the vets for the first time, but my nerves were instantly settled as everybody was so kind and reassuring. He was handled amazingly and with such genuine care and interest. I will be returning back to Chorley whenever needed and if you have concerns about your reptile I suggest you come here. ❤️

Thought I would give this vets a try after years of using other vets when we got a new pup. My daughter has used them and found them extremely helpful up to her dog passing away. The staff are all very helpful and understand the owners concerns and deal with you in a great way. As it's a town centre practice parking can be difficult at times, but that's only a minor concern.

Excellent vets, I felt comfortable leaving my pet rat for his operation. Was given all information and options open to me. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff.

Can't say enough positive things about the vets as a whole and then the reception staff... So helpful, friendly, caring and go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible. Had quite a few visits recently with my dog Elsie and each time she has been treated so well, she is never anxious or unsettled, she loves going!!! Would 100% recommend!!!

Can't speak highly enough about Chorley Vets, excellent vets and the rest of the staff are all excellent within their roles too! They really do love the animals that attend, and the exotic vet is also full of knowledge and highly experienced, she's been fab with our tortoise, our dog recently got spayed and her treatment has been fantastic.

Thankyou to Hannah, Mimi and the lovely nurse ( so sorry I didn't catch your name today) who visited our home today to put our beautiful old boy Mac to sleep. From the initial chat with Hannah, who was so understanding, to the end of the procedure today we were treated with so much empathy and compassion. They treated Mac with respect and dignity and we will be forever grateful for making this difficult time more bearable.
