The staff are all very pleasant, polite, welcoming and knowledgeable, our English staffy just loves every visit even for her annual injections. We have their own pet plan which has turned out to be great value for money for our little precious.

Have used Rufford (mainly), Southport & Tarleton over the last 10yrs - all staff very friendly, Vets friendly and informative and good with a grumpy cat. Surgerys always clean and not crowded generally.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Great that there's a good sized carpark. Surprised that building was small from the outside but pleasantly surprised once inside. Pleased how the Vet tried to calm our cat and check her over before giving her the booster injection. Would recommend.
Rufford Vets have always taken great care of my many dogs over many years I trust them completely. They are always helpful and courteous, and explain every step of treatment. The final first to my vets is the most upsetting, but the Vets are very kind, and do not hurry you away, always letting you say goodbye to your dog in peace.
