   If I could no stars I would. My dog had a cough and struggled to breathe at certain points. The vet looked at my dog for around 10 minutes, gave wish washy guesses as to what could be the issue and charged us £75 for the privilege. She prescribed anti inflammatories which cost an additional £26. So £101 for 10 minutes of this vets time. Furthermore once getting home I checked that the exact same anti inflammatories can be purchased online for £7. Do not bother going to this vet, just another mercenary, overcharging, fake pet car service.

   I was devastated yesterday knowing that my old dog was really poorly. I rang and made an appointment. From there everything was smooth. When his appointment was due the vet came out for him and helped him cross the rainbow bridge quickly No longer in pain and running freely with his friends Thank you.

   I’m so glad I changed my vets with Rowan’s . All the staff there are so friendly and caring both Preston and Blackpool. Thank you so much to you all for caring for my Ruben especially Drew who done the surgery. Would highly recommend this vets 100 percent.

   I took my dog for a check on the 2/9/22 . Left scared , stressed and upset since a vet called Nicole, gave me the worst experience as a customer. Instead of talking she was shouting at me, I felt judged, discriminated and scared. Not only she wasn’t helping me or leading me in the best action to take on my dog about castration, she left me hanging in the office , turned the back on me and started typing in the computer. I didn’t know if she wanted me to leave the room or she finished with me. I left the room confused , not knowing what to do. The receptionist was very kind and tried to helped me in what the options were, but to be honest I was so so frustrated with the situation. She finally ended up shouting at me to move my dog out of the way so another dog could pass by, in an extremely rude and angry way. Definitely the worst experience!

   First visit for Pippa at Rowan for major oral surgery after moving to Blackpool a year ago...everyone was amazing and totally put me at ease - fantastic vet and pricing is reasonable, I would highly recommend! (Pippa is the tan)

   For around 10 years the team at Rowans took exceptional care of our amazing little girl, our pug, Daisy. We have nothing but praise for the whole team, who in the worst time made it known we weren’t going through it alone. Rowans did everything they could for Daisy, as did the specialists we got referred to. Always made time to answer any questions (and I had a lot). The compassion shown will not be forgotten. Thank you, Drew, Francis, Nicole, Leanne, Hayley, Rachel... and everyone who’s names we missed (sorry).
