Audrey and Sybil, my two Siberian’s love staying at Greenacre with Gemma. She always makes a fuss and they settle in straight away. I never have a worry when they stay there and would thoroughly recommend.
I took 3 cats to Gemma for 8 days and was a bit worried as it was the first time for one of the older cats going to a cattery. I didn’t need to be as she was very attentive with updates, giving them plenty of cuddles and affection as if they were her own. Greenacres is such a beautiful cattery and Gemma is amazing at what she does we will definitely be taking them again in the future. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks again for giving our cats a lovely little holiday xx
Kiddi is not the most social of cats, but to see her purring away having daily cuddles on every video Gemma posts means I can relax and enjoy my holiday. Would not use anywhere else, Kiddi loves it at Greenacres. Perfect cat hotel, home away from home. Beautiful rooms and gardens.
Our cat Jeffrey stayed at Greenacres luxury cattery for 12 days in June. He has stayed here several times and is always happy to be there, and does not want to leave when we collect him. Gemma the cattery owner is very kind and caring. She gives great care and attention to all the cats that's she looks after. The cattery provides stimulation and comfort. Jeffrey is on a special diet for his health needs and his needs are looked after. I recommend this Cattery to anyone, as I do not worry as I know he is well looked after.
Put my cat into Greenacre for 19 nights over Christmas and was so so worried about leaving her for so long. She came home and seemed like she had a better holiday than me! She was so happy, calm and genuinely so relaxed. Will definitely be using them again. Take such good care of your kitty’s ❤️
I would recommend this place to anyone. Our cat is timid and it can take a while for her to settle into new environments. I could see how hard Gemma and her team worked to help Maple settle as quickly as possible and after a few days she was so much more comfortable and confident. If I had any worries and questions Gemma answered them straight away and sent pictures which would put me at ease, knowing the Maple was in the best place. I can’t thank Greenacre enough and will definitely be back again!
This was my first experience at Greenacres but I was very happy with the care given to my cat Sonny. Gemma sent lovely pictures of him and he was clearly very content. Thankyou.
