   Even though I am in tears I cannot thank maxine and the other girls enough for their kindness when I picked my little dogs ashes up this morning. Wasn't expecting flowers etc from them! We were hoping to have hattie over Christmas but it wasn't to be. Also thank you to the Greek vet ( sorry i didn't get his name on the day as it was all a bit of a blur) but he was so kind and supportive and didn't rush us as we made the heartbreaking decision to let our little fur baby go x

   Truly amazing vets ! I brought a stray cat in last week with a leg injury. Keith saw the cat within the hour and confirmed it was a broken femur. The cat was elderly and extremely under weight , covered in ticks, but had survived for weeks in that condition (analysis of leg examination) outside in all weathers, was sweet natured had bright eyes and the will to live, The cat ( now Sooty ) was kept in overnight whilst an appropriate care plan could be put in place. Maxine rang me the next day and said that the splint option was £ 1000 plus and so had made arrangements at Northwest Referrals for Sooty to have full surgery/scans etc with James and the orthopaedic team . A fractured pelvis was also discovered and so an amputation on the hind leg was performed giving Sooty the best surgical outcome / new lease of life. All this at zero cost to myself. Maxine and Keith had called in a favour with James. founded on their strong working relationship and compassion for animals in need. They went above and beyond my expectations, I still can't believe it. .Such professional , knowledgeable ,hard working , kind, caring , such lovely people . A veterinary practice like no other AMAZING !!!

   We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Mickey today, and we cannot express how grateful we are to Theo and the wonderful nurse who helped us. They were both incredibly gentle, calm, and compassionate. Theo explained everything gently and clearly, and he carried out every step with such care and steadiness. His calm presence reassured us in one of the hardest moments of our lives. The nurse was just as kind, gently stroking Mickey as he drifted off, and it meant more than we can say. Our boy’s last moments were filled with nothing but kindness and gentleness. We are forever grateful. Thank you both for making something so painful a little easier to bear.

   Listen I can not thank these people enough .. I recently joined and my Bella fell ill ...I heard good and bad so I had to make a quick decision as my dog was deterioting fast !! WELL IT WAS THE BEST EVER DECISION I MADE .. these people saved my Bellas life.. I never do reviews but this one i had to ..Maxine explained everything and Keith and team done an emergency operation .. and my Bellais doing great..I TRUELY RATE THIS VETS AND ITS TEAM WITH OUT THESE PEOPLE MY DOG WOULD NOT BE HERE Maxine even bought me flowers and kept ringing to see how Bella was recovering ..    Our very first visit today, rang at 9am and was given an appointment straight away. From the minute we walked in through the door with a very poorly guinea pig we were made so very welcome. A full waiting room and still nothing was too much trouble, Maxine even took us to a side room. Sadly Keith gave us bad news, however he was straight forward and explained everything we needed to know whilst remaining both professional and gentle. Absolutely highly recommend this veterinary practice, just lovely. Taking our dog there on Tuesday for some advice.

   Can’t even describe how wonderful this vet and his team are. Maxine and Keith are a fabulous duo. They actually care about your pet, no sugar coating anything. Is really honest explains in layman’s terms what is going on gives advice and genuinely cares about who he has in his surgery. Maxine is just the same so friendly cares about you as an owner and loves the animals it’s just in their DNA. Highly recommend and have to many pet owners. Thank you for looking after Archie today he loves his treats xx

   What wonderful people. Took my little old lady today, they were so good, patient and gentle with her after having such a bad experience at another local vets. Our pets are our family and everyone that works here respected this and more to the point gave love, care, attention and most of all time (and for me as it was a sad ending). Thank you for making an old ladies last moments filled with love and peacefulness. Need I say I would highly recommend this practice and their ethics and compassion. They put the needs of my old lady first. A very big heart felt THANK YOU X
