“Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

“This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. “I've been with Elands since I got my dog and they are absolutely brilliant. They are the kindest, nicest people and every visit is a nice experience. When I've been worried about something I've phoned up and spoken to one of the knowledgeable receptionists and they've given me the best advice. They never try to up sell anything and I think they give amazing value for money. Honestly I don't have a bad word to say about them all!”

Our recent visit was incredibly reassuring, Yvonne saw us straight away as we have a senior cat and he was displaying some distressing symptoms. I'm pleased to say he's back to his usual self now.
