Twickenham Vets was incredible when I first starting taking my dog there. They have since sold out to corporate and it is not the same at all. I continued using them because the vets themselves are incredible and they are at the mercy of corporate. Today, after 6 years of having my collie treated there by the vets I trusted, I have had to leave. They are putting profits before pets. I wish the best for the amazing vets, David and Wendy. And to the receptionist I spoke with today, you really shouldn't be in pet care, because you don't care.
Twickenham Veterinary Surgery is fantastic and always provides excellent care for pets. The vets are knowledgeable, gentle, and take the time to explain everything clearly, which gives great peace of mind. The clinic is welcoming and well-organized, making every visit stress-free.
Have been coming to Twickenham Vet for many years with multiple cats. Staff are always polite and friendly. Belong to the Healthy Pet Club. Well worth considering, as you pay a monthly subscription which covers vaccinations, flea and worming treatments, claw clipping and 6 monthly consultations.
Excellent veterinary practice. Always welcoming and smiling but more importantly very competent vets and nurses here. I have taken my cat regularly and in an emergency situation too and all times everything is explained very carefully and they are lovely with the animals.I would highly recommend.

Twickenham Veterinary Surgery offer a really personal service. I like it because it is not a chain of surgeries. Mostly the vets have been there a long time and you get to know them, so they know you and your pets. When one of my cats was run over and killed, one of the vets rang me to say how sorry she was. I was really touched. I feel I can trust their recommendations and they will make sure treatment is really necessary and not offered to make money. It's not my nearest vets, but well worth going out of your way to join them.
Twickenham vets takes care of my puppy and cat with utmost care every time. My husbands family dog went here and we followed and signed our pets up here as well. My puppy is calm and well behaved around their very friendly staff and appointments are quick and easy to book online. I recommend their services.
