“If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

“Having had bad experiences with another vet in Twickenham I had only heard excellent reviews from Kings Street Veterinary and they didn’t disappoint. Unfortunately my beautiful 12 year old cat had reached the end stage of his life and had to be put to rest. Although an awful experience watching your beloved pet pass on it was made slightly easier as they treated him with dignity and care till the end and the staff genuinely cared. Unbelievably we got a beautiful bouquet of flowers today with a card from the team. Really wish I had chosen King Street Vet when they opened, I highly recommend them.”
