“After an absence from dog ownership for many years, I returned this morning with our new JR Puppy Zazu for his first visit. Great atmosphere with a friendly welcome for us both. Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Animal Trust after taking my French bulldog there this morning. Following a dog trainers recommendation I contacted them on Monday of this week following a 7 year issue around nail clipping. No exaggeration when I say the best vet experience my dog has had ever! I was able to stay with her and comfort her whilst she was sedated, given a blanket for her to be comfortable. Something so small but have never been offered a chance to do at our previous vets. Within 5 minutes of being taken away, she had her nails clipped and was ready to go home. Again something that probably sounds insignificant but having to battle my dog's and my own anxieties for years the vet here made me feel at ease. Highly recommended and will 100% be taking my dog here for anything we need in the future. Thank you so much”

“My dog was very ill with kidney problems the vets were great and got her on a drip and all what she needed the whole team were lovely and supportive throughout her time at the vets. My dog is anxious and can be reactive by snapping the vets and staff handles her well. Nothing too much trouble rang about my dog and rang back as soon as they could. I’m very great full to all the staff in helping with my dogs recovery thank you so much ☺️”

“When I brought my dog here, it had been because of an absolute emergency, a kind lady had brought us both here out of the kindness of her heart. The Vet who saw my dog did so instantly and with kindness, spoke to me like an actual person and charged me a fair price for helping my Emily. I cannot thank the angels who work here enough. My Emily seems to have made a full recovery through their quick action in a time I thought she was lost. Its to my shame that i do not know the name of the gentleman that looked after her, but I thank you with all of my heart. I cannot reccomend this place, or the people inside enough. If i could leave my reccomendation as a plaque on my home, then i would. Thank you.”

They take time to make every effort to calm and pet our cat before any treatment she actually has a nice bond with Avril and Emma. “Pool House vets were brilliant!! After our doberman picked up a considerable injury on a walk up the woods and after ringing our own vets first, not only did someone actually answer the phone at 9 o'clock at night, they admitted her straight away, were knowledgeable and efficient in what they did keeping us informed of plans and potential issues etc all the way through. After the surgery, they were also very efficient in providing supporting paperwork requires for our insurance claim too which was really appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better service at a highly stressful time and could not recommend Pool House Vets any higher!”

“Absolutely amazing vets! Betty went here for her BOAS surgery today and the staff here have been amazing from start to finish! From the moment I called to her first appointment and operation today, every member of staff there are just so lovely! Betty’s BOAS surgery has been performed amazingly and her nostrils look fabulous! The aftercare is also so detailed with a contact number/whatsapp for support when needed. I am honestly so happy my dog has been treated here and so happy I have found such a fabulous place to bring my bulldog! The love and care they offer is absolutely amazing! Thank you!”

“Friendly staff abit pushy for donations if being honest but they do a good job some doctors seem to care others not so much, gets nosey from dogs cats etc Only 2 disabled parking bays inside Parking inside but always full parking on road outside without any double lines or single lines.”

“Took my cat burt for his vacation the vet was friendly so professional she explained everything to us checked burt all over put him at ease which is no easy to do with a cat very clean and tidy waiting area and the receptionist was very friendly to overall a great experience for burt and myself thankyou”

“I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the Madeley branch. We have been registered with Haygate years and we have always been highley satisfied with both service and care for all of our pets. I didnt manage to get the ladies name who attended to our old and poorly hamster Oreo on Saturday (6th April 2024). Unfortiantly, we had to have our sweet Oreo put to rest due to old age and him having cancer and an infection. All our pets are treated as our family, and on the day we had to take Oreo in to be laid to rest, I coulnt of asked for more from the vet in question. Both myself and my daughter were utterly heart broken and in floods of tears, but thanks to the lady vet who looked after us, she made such a distressing visit so much more comforting. Since moving across to Richard the care Max has received has been excellent. We decided to make the Albrighton branch Bosley’s “home base” for care, as it’s a lovely area and easier to get to, but the staff at both offices were amazing. The staff at St. Georges were knowledgeable, empathic, sympathetic and they provided an excellent service at such a difficult time, even sending us a sympathy card a few days afterwards.
