   Due to the poor record keeping and woefully inadequate admin staff, my dog is no longer covered for any issues with his ears under his insurance. They misquoted me in their notes and added the wrong date to the claim form. I am currently going to the Financial Ombudsman Scheme and the Vet Mediation Scheme. I made a formal complaint following their farcical procedure (read it as it's so ridiculous) and was totally ignored by the whole practice. I then resorted to contacting another branch who forwarded my complaint to Tim Harrison. I got one level resolved but even then my other issues were ignored. I had staff members ask me to complain as they can't cope with the number of patients they have and yet they wont close their books. They can't even answer the phone they're so understaffed. It took them 42 days to process a claim form when other vets have a dedicated team to this in 48 hours. I moved here because of Rosie but her arrogance is out of control. She's treated like a demi god by some people but I found that she undermines and humiliates (at White Cross she shouted across a packed waiting room that I'd not paid my bill when I'd not even had a reminder...) In over 40 years of owning a pet, I have never known a vets to be so inadequate. I would strongly urge anyone using this practice to record their consultations on their phones as they cannot be trusted.

   Having trusted Rosie, she operated on our dog. His previously perfect eye is now left permanently cloudy due to a corneal ulcer they caused during the operation (it was not his eye ball being operated on so this should not have happened). His stitches also came undone resulting in an emergency operation elsewhere. Rosie has completely ignored our formal complaint and has also refused to engage with the VCMS. The worst experience, please avoid this financially driven, unprofessional and uncaring practice.

   My 2 staffies have been seeing Rosie for many years , she is undoubtedly the most amazing vet and lovely lady she always puts your pets first , everything is explained clearly nothings to much trouble she has so much knowledge and i cant fault any of the staff they are always friendly and very caring And I love the little seating pods in vets definatly recommend

   OMG what a difference from my old vet. Staff are friendly,nothing is too much trouble. Transfered 3 dogs, Alfie, Brambles and Lily and a cat. Rosie and Marie are very good vets and you are not rushed in consultation. Highly recommend

   I have visited this practice several times with a foster dog who has serious ear and allergy issues. The lady there as senior vet is first rate. Seems to listen, is very knowledgable and spends as much time as is needed rather than the, 'in, out, that will be x amount please', scenario that sadly I have experienced at other vets on occasion. Practice appears to be well run on the whole and a fairly pleasant experience. Well worth a bit of praise!

   I went along to register my dog Miss Tillie. She was known by the staff from a previous life. Not only did the staff recognise her, she recognised the staff. Every one was ecstatic. That was good enough recommendation for me.
