Absolutely amazing vets! We booked our English bulldog in here for BOAS due to it being a specialist. From the minute we got there we could tell he was in safe hands. We got updates throughout the day via what’s app from his nurse and a phone call from the vet after the surgery was done. Buster is recovering amazingly. We have had daily messages from George his nurse to check how he is and offer any advice if needed. Would 1000% recommend this vet.
Absolutely amazing vets! Betty went here for her BOAS surgery today and the staff here have been amazing from start to finish! From the moment I called to her first appointment and operation today, every member of staff there are just so lovely! Betty’s BOAS surgery has been performed amazingly and her nostrils look fabulous! The aftercare is also so detailed with a contact number/whatsapp for support when needed. I am honestly so happy my dog has been treated here and so happy I have found such a fabulous place to bring my bulldog! The love and care they offer is absolutely amazing! Thank you!
My bulldog came in for cherry eye removal last week, I was a nervous wreck however everyone there was amazing so reassuring and just fantastic! Lola is recovering so well, her eye looks amazing and I honestly would recommend them to anyone!
My bulldog was looked after and surgery done 100% succesfull, I say you after 3 month past. Thank you so much , I will come to you again. Despite it is 90 miles away, service and price is not comparable. Loved it.
My experiences with Tudor House Vet Surgery have been very good! From reception staff to the vet nurses, & not forgetting the best costing for the work that they do. My Frenchie Ochie has had Boas Surgery along with soft pallet work. Our appointments were quick, on time & with very good caring staff at all times. My mind was also put at ease seeing so many Frenchie’s & Bulldogs on site. Though I travel almost an hour to get there the service is well worth it! The service & aftercare is highly recommended.
They could improve the customer services. Recently one of my clients tried to do a second vaccination on the puppy over there and the receptionist booked her in on the wrong date. When they arrived they were turned away and said it's too early for a second vaccination. They tried to put the blame on me even if they had the records for everything and they mistook the dates. Been there a few times now and feel like if I don't have a french bulldog or any sort of similar breed they might be rude or treat you with a different attitude.
