   Absolutely brilliant experience today. From the moment we walked in, both staff members there made us feel completely at ease bringing our puppy in for her very first visit. Everything was explained clearly, including all the services they offer, and it was obvious how knowledgeable and experienced the team are. Both were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we never once felt rushed — which is something you can’t say about all vets. They took their time, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience really positive. Couldn’t have asked for a better first visit for our puppy. Highly recommend.

   Fantastic vets. Our Huskey got covered in diesel. Rang vets in a panic, they saw him in minutes, giving activated charcoal for any ingested. This morning he's alot better . I wouldn't go to any other vets now. They look after all 12 of our pets. Thank you to the whole team

   We used this vets for at least 8 years. Our dog was usually treated well expecially the last 6 months before we lost him , having to make the decision to let him go over "The Rainbow Bridge". We realise that his final visit was at the companion vets at Telford but was disappointed that Melbourne did not reach out and acknowledge our loss in any noticeable way. A card or text even would have been appreciated. The last lady vet diagnosed his underlying health and was lovely, giving him and us a further wonderful six months to spend together. His tablets were returned and that was it.

   We recently had to say goodbye to our much loved, 20 year old cat Tigger. We were so very sad to say goodbye to him. Our Vet was just perfect, he was so kind and considerate and explained everything we needed to know, and answered all our questions. We were given precious time to say our goodbyes to Tigger. Thank you so much for making the whole experience so much easier to bear. We can't thank you enough. We really appreciate your kindness on such a sad day for us. Adele, Laura and Melissa Xxx

   Highly recommend really pleased with the male vet . Easy to speak to happy with the girls on reception and I highly recommend the adult dog club. Which gives more than your money's worth . I haven't found a better deal with the dog club or insurance so far. .

   Caring staff, both my cats are now registered here. Kitten club available for my new addition and cat for my older one. Recently had to get my older one reviewed as she was unwell. The vet was thorough and caring. She gave multiple suitable options for treatment depending upon budget. Definitely happy my fur babies are well looked after here. Been back today with the other fur baby who's got into a fight and lost. Vet was brilliant, really caring and gentle with simba. Very happy and def recommend!

   Disappointed with the vet, almost text book consultation, despite blood test diagnosis of kidney failure it was suggested I change my dogs diet to a renal one. Despite me walking in with a dog who couldn't stand and wouldn't eat and hadn't eaten for4 days, found this advice unhelpful.

   They have gone a before and beyond when my daughter cat lost his battle to liver failure. They were so supportive and treated her cat with so much care and love. I also have my own pets with them and would never change vets they deserve more than a 5 star rating. I thank all the team for their care they gave to our beloved Teddy.

   First time I've ever used them and I took my chicken in (yes chicken) we were lucky enough to see Rhianna and she was great so thorough and yet thoughtful at the same time. Reception staff friendly nothing to much trouble, they truly are a great bunch. They jumped through hoops for us and I am truly grateful. We will be back, not too often hopefully ;)
